3. No guarantee of outcome

While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service and document accuracy, the Company does not guarantee that any application (visa, ID, or mortgage) will be approved by government authorities or financial institutions. The final decision rests solely with the relevant official bodies.

4. Client responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

Accuracy of Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documentation. The Company is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or fraudulent data provided by you.
Timeliness: Submit all requested documents within the timeframes specified by our consultants.
Legality: Ensure that your use of our services and the information provided complies with all applicable local and international laws.

5. Fees and payment

Service Fees: Fees for our services will be clearly communicated prior to engagement.
Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full (or according to the agreed installment plan) before or during the service period as specified in your service agreement.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of consultancy and the immediate allocation of resources, fees are generally non-refundable once the document processing has commenced, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT BUMI TJIKOLE CAPITAL, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Delays, errors, or rejections caused by government authorities or third-party institutions.
Loss of data or financial loss resulting from inaccuracies in information provided by the client.
